Abstract: Through studying and analyzing the causes and management situation of “three violation”, “four-mechanisms, six- previous and seven- cards” closed-loop prevention and control mode is established which based on four mechanism of prevention, control, reward and punishment and help education. Next, the article sets up recognized standards of “three violation” in coal mine, and studies systematically investigation and control techniques and methods of “three violation”, which provides a new conception to establish the long-term mechanism of the prevention and control of “three violation” in coal mine.
